1. My sister and I decided on Miami as the perfect vacation to celebrate her 21st birthday and chose The Hotel based on the rates and reviews - we were not disappointed.

9. There was no suite available with 2 beds, that said they handled it very well, very apologetic and made every effort to make it up to us, reducing our rate, offering free cocktails etc. Everyone we had contact with was incredibly helpful and friendly, sevice was top-notch.
