3. The beds were super comfortable, and no noise to speak of, that said we got back to the room very late each night (or early AM!)Location is great, one block to the beach, complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella - the most comfy lounge chairs.

Positives - (i) Good location, right in the center of south beach, one block from the beach and ocean drive, where the restaurants and bars are, (ii) Great rooftop pool and rooftop bar- although drinks are pricy ($15), pool has view of the ocean, (iii) friendly staff -especially the concierge, John?was very helpful with us (iv) complimentary beach towels and chairs on the beach - there are people that will plant your umbrella and do the set up for you.

7. )The Hotel has an on site fitness center (which has a window that looks out to the pool bar--funny!), tiny complimentary computer station with 2 pcs, Wish restaurant, and very cute indoor bar/lounge area.
