1. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to keep a room until 18:00 on check-out day for a reasonable charge.

3. The beach is simply the best and you are provided with chairs and umbrella's at no charge offered by a beach service on the beach just between 8th and 9th street(4 minute walk away).

4. When they couldn't provide the soup listed on the menu (on two separate visits on different days), she suggested a nearby Indian restaurant, which was marvelous, and the waiter did not charge us for our bottle of water which we ordered before they realized there was no soup.

5. There was a $3 fee for the hotel room safe a day even if you do not use it and they charge you per bag to hold you luggage if you flight is later than the check out time.

6. When we check out they wanted to charge us 5 days worth of parking when we only parked the first day that we arrived to bring our luggage up stairs, the staff was horrible.

7. As they hadn't told me this, I queried it, and to be fair they dealt with the problem very quickly and agreed to charge me their quoted rate for the entire duration.
