1. We had a great ocean view room with a private lanai overlooking the pool complex and waterfalls, and most staff members we encountered were genuinely polite and helpful (valets, server at the restaurant, concierges, etc.).

3. Once the parking is full at the hotel they valet your vehicle for free, and many times even though the parking was not full, the spots are sooo tight that we could not fit our car in because we would then not be able to open the doors, we drove back to the entrance and told them and they valet'd the car for free.
