1. When I told her how disappointed we were in the decision to revoke the upgrade, she said 'okay, I'll give you a free upgrade to a VERY NICE ocean view'.

3. We had a great ocean view room with a private lanai overlooking the pool complex and waterfalls, and most staff members we encountered were genuinely polite and helpful (valets, server at the restaurant, concierges, etc.).

4. Our balcony overlooked the golf course and mountains, and even though we did not have an ocean view we saw two huge rainbows up high upon the mountains and were greeted by the sunrise each morning.

5. The employees were wonderful, when we got there we wanted to see what the beach tower looked like since we booked on line and we booked ocean view (can't remember tower) but they had absolutely no problem letting us check out the other room and we ended up sticking with our first choice the ocean view it was amazing.

6. Im not sure we would go back to this hotel in particular but the area is definitely very nice and we did have a pleasant timeWe did go to the other Westin (the ocean resort villa) to watch the boxing match.

7. thankfully, we called expedia and got the hell out of there immediately, booking into the westin which was GREAT!great pools, great gym (free) great music at night, great rooms, great staff, great coffee bar, good bars near the pools, great water slide -- better ocean access/beach than at the hyatt.

8. We had a gorgeous ocean view and reserved chairs daily on the beach (there is a cost for this.

9. The balconies from our first room had a nice ocean view, but it was much smaller in size than the balcony of the upgraded room.
