2. We went to see the concierge and get our free gift (which is a tote bag) and she was kind and patient, until we told her that we werent interested in a timeshare, or taking 2 hours out of our day to sit through a presentation on buying property.

The concierges are very helpful and friendly but I could do without the sales pitch every time I talked to someone at a concierge desk (Maybe if you were staying for 3 weeks or something and had any spare time it might be worth attending a presentation as you get some nice incentives for doing so, but we were not interested in sacrificing any of our time there doing that).

10. When you get there grab your free shell lais, go to concierge ask for your bag(keepsake) and box of chocolates(yummy) also sign up to get your picture taken, you get a free pic(fun).
