1. With cost of room you should get free access --1bottle of water for coffee my Husband had to use tap water and we didn't feel staff was attentive or helpful.

4. We have been Starwood members for a long time and have visited this hotel many times over the last 20 years as it has a great location however now it is in complete contrast to a fabulous stay at Four Seasons Wailea which interestingly cost less for the same peak period.
