4. trays at night policy should be: (a) keep trays inside -or- (b) provide containers for trays after use that can be sealed against ants and scavengers -and- (c) make a late night run for trays from the small handful of guests who may have ordered room service -and- (d) make sure that no staff leaves behind a mess of bones and ants when they see it.

10. After ordering room service and being told that they could set up a candlelight dinner on the terrace, the food arrived 1 1/2 hours late, was cold and then they told me that they couldn't light candles in the room because it was against fire code.
