1. We were there in August -- the hottest time of year -- and the 2 ceiling fans and ocean breezes were plenty to keep us cool (and we like it quite cool when we sleep).

3. The pros about this hotel are the friendly staff, cart service for guests and luggage upon check-in and check-out, no tipping policy, spa, and beautiful eternity pool overlooking the ocean.
