Ken's Pancake House, close by is a great choice for breakfast and Pesto's on the main
street
across the bridge is very good for lunch or dinner.

I did some walking and found the area very lovely, banyan trees lined the
street
, planted by the celebrities at that time.

Banyan is a relatively quiet
street
in terms of traffic; the constantly chirping birds are another story (but chirping is a lot more pleasant than sirens and honking horns.

from the hotel which is great for jogging or strolling.

I found what I was looking for and more: even though I got a room in the back of the hotel, not facing the sea, I alsto got great views to the park and the
street
and its beautiful banyan trees.

However there was plenty of
street
parking available and we got a spot directly across the
street
, it was actually a shorter walk to the lobby than if we had parked in the further spots on the property.

The standard rooms face the
street
, and if you don't open the windows, there is not much difference between this room and its more-expensive cousin.

The so called 'ocean view room' (partial sea view at most) is $10 more than the
street
view room which you can pay to upgrade at check-in.
