1. Overall, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, the location right on the water was great, and there was a nice Japanese garden just next to the hotel that was pleasant to walk in.

3. Similar to the other reviews on here - there is nothing special about this hotel but it is a great location as a base for touring the national volcano park and also very close to the airport.
