1. Concierge was pleasant, even when we told him we wouldnt park at the hotel because of the cost (tip: park directly across the street, to the east, in a secure garage for $18 per day versus $38 per day at the hotel!) Well-appointed rooms.

4. Conceirge gave good advice on restaraunts to eat(Sabrina's Cafe for breakfast is amazing and of course Reading Street Terminal.

6. )Location - It is an easy walk to the downtown Walnut shopping row, but very far from the main tourist area (the Historic Area) and even further from Old City, South Street, and other hot spots like that.
