1. Front desk manager was especially helpful in meeting our requests as Starwood Preferred Guests, and he made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.

Upon checkin at 2 p.m. which was an hour early we were told that there were no king beds available and I guess I seemed dismayed because then (who I assume was by the manager nearby) we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Starwood Preferred Guest Room - which was great with its coffee maker and complimentary water.
