Upon checkin at 2 p.m. which was an hour early we were told that there were no king beds available and I guess I seemed dismayed because then (who I assume was by the manager nearby) we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Starwood Preferred Guest Room - which was great with its coffee maker and complimentary water.

5. It was a little pricey, but worth it, being able to sit up in bed in your pj's, read the complimentary newspaper and have a cup of coffee while eating a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.
