6. Overall, I would recommend the Sheraton in Center City for business or tourism, but try booking air and hotel together to get a better deal unless you have lots of Starwood points to use.

8. Though it may be understandable to have a wait due to the holiday, I expected the hotel to be able to deal with the influx of guests since they knew how many people would be checking in and had even offered deals for the holiday weekend.

10. For a hotel where you pay a lot of money, you should be able to deal with employees who are accomodating, thoughtful and pleasant and that wasn't the case at Sheraton.
