5. I showed my SPG (starwood preferred guest) card and were given welcome bags for both myself and I which included a bottel of water, a granola bar and coupons for restaurants.

7. The waiter not only got all 9 orders right without writing a thing down, but he laughed and joked with the kids and brought them granola bars at the end in case they got hungry during our city tour.
