1. Maybe the wifi charge isn't an issue for people who can easily afford $400+ stays at nice hotels, but for a few younger people who're stretching their money to enjoy a classy New Years Eve, it was definitely an inconvenience.

2. One of the managers went so far as to rudely announce to a number of the wedding guests at breakfast (which the hotel begrudgingly offered free of charge) that she was going "above and beyond" and was clearly not happy about it.

3. There is a Philips seafood restaurant is on-site, which is great (you can charge the meals to your room too).

4. I had family in the area and we were going to park in the parking garage and find a local restaurant but they charge $20.00 per day for parking even if you are a guest.

6. I paid $57 on priceline so the net charge didn't bother me, had I paid the full rate it would have been a huge issue.

7. No wash cloths in the bathroom; temperature controlled by hotel so very warm AC; clock not plugged in nor beside the bed; no wireless without a $9.99 charge; not a good location if you want to be downtown.
