1. Maybe the wifi charge isn't an issue for people who can easily afford $400+ stays at nice hotels, but for a few younger people who're stretching their money to enjoy a classy New Years Eve, it was definitely an inconvenience.

8. Overall, a very decent hotel for a conference rate (we paid $169/night), though had we paid rack rate (well over $200) we might have preferred a B&B somewhere for the money.

10. For a hotel where you pay a lot of money, you should be able to deal with employees who are accomodating, thoughtful and pleasant and that wasn't the case at Sheraton.
