5. I myself doubt that I will ever stay at that hotel again and can't recommend this hotel based on the cons mentioned above, but if price is your #1 consideration and you can get a good deal through Priceline or Hotwire and you're only staying a few days, it might be OK.

6. Listen, things happen, leaks happen, but considering the receptionist was unwilling to move our room at about 1030pm, i am reluctant to recommend or stay at this hotel again.

9. Overall, if you are traveling on business or with kids (there is no pool or other entertainment for them at or immediately near the hotel) I would not recommend it.
