1. Then, for the check out process there was a new roster of unfriendly Latinos behind the desk who appeared to be laughing at me and making rude comments in Spanish and being very unprofessional.

6. Also there is a big sign in reception saying that the charge of the safe in the rooms can be taken off at check out if you ask for it, but this is not true.

7. If you book a room for 5 days and decide to check out after staying for 2 days for whatever reasons (say you don't like the hotel), Days Inn will only charge you for the nights that you actually stay (as long as you stay for at least one night of course.
