1. We found the pillows very comfortable, even though we did bring ours based on a few of the other reviews.

There were plenty of folded pillows on the bed, a decent amount of towels, big tv, cups, coffee, trash can, night stand, 3 lamps, cozy blanket, alarm clock, air conditioning and heat, shower with bathtub, soap, shampoo, lotion etc. There was an incident where there was a random knock at the door early in the morning, not sure why that happened but it was rude.

5. Pillows were plentiful but way too small and I ended up waking every night w/ either a stack of them or laying my head directly on the mattress as they had slipped out.

10. All the talk of the pillows in other reviews is funny; all they do is fold them in the pillowcase so they look smaller but they really are standard size.
