Having arrived around 2pm and requesting an early check in(check in is 3pm) we were promptly told that check in was at 3pm, and even though rooms were available we were told we had to wait one hour until 3pm, there was a great communication barrier as all the front desk and staff that we came into contact with were foreign.

7. First, check-in was unnecessarily complicated as I was confirmed for a 3 night reservation from Days Inn's website, but showed up on the hotel computer as only reserving a 1 night stay.
