1. Going back into my room, I heard her laughing with a co worker in the hall and I placed a do not disturb on the door, the maid pulled it off and threw it on the floor and again I heard laughing in front of my door.

2. queen bed was more like a large double and most uncomfortable, lamp shade's in room torn, stains on bed spread, asked maid for toilet paper as there was none in room, she asked 'Why' I told her we had none to which she said she was off yesterday, I had to just grab the roll off her cart as she wanted to play 20 questions, as to why I needed toilet paper.
