1. Checked in and was amazed that the woman didn't seem to have any idea what she was doing, she kept turning to another woman and speaking in Spanish and pointing at my daughter and I, after standing at the counter for an hour her computer froze and a manager came to our rescue.

10. )(BTW I am a Deaf person so all this is even taking longer with writing back & forth!)Customer Service Manager 'Ana' appears and she too flat out denies me my paid for room without giving her my old and canceled credit card.
