1. As Omni select Guests (sign up on their website), we ordered breakfast daily with our complimentary beverages and just a muffin or bagel -- the portions are ENORMOUS and for 2 people to eat breakfast for about $12 a day -- not a bad dealWe ordered room service for dinner a few times and again, portions were huge and food was excellent.

The same level of (slow) service was afforded on all other room service orders I made (one lunch, one dinner, and one breakfast)- they never arrive when promised, consistently take well more than an hour to arrive (even during non-peak dining hours), and make it absolutely impossible to be able to eat and still have enough time to get to whatever meetings you have planned.

8. I have always had prompt service at the Shoreham; they have plenty of staff at the front desk, room service is prompt, and poolside service is fun in the summer.
