The same level of (slow) service was afforded on all other room service orders I made (one lunch, one dinner, and one breakfast)- they never arrive when promised, consistently take well more than an hour to arrive (even during non-peak dining hours), and make it absolutely impossible to be able to eat and still have enough time to get to whatever meetings you have planned.

10. They have a very nice take-out shop for breakfast and lunch foods in the main lobby area, a sunny very large bar and lounge and restaurant just beyond the lobby, and yet another restaurant just a few steps farther from the lobby.
