1. Excellent service all the way around -- and every staff member that we interacted with was outstanding -- from housekeeping, room service, cafe, front desk, etc -- these employees provide their guests with an outstanding experience from check in to check out.

2. The room was neat as a pin, and I did not request any housekeeping during my stay (you can do this to be more eco-friendly).

3. I loved the hotel and for my wife's birthday we upgraded to a king suite which was really comfortable and was serviced by housekeeping excellently.

7. Also, the walls are very thin, so when housekeeping started working early in the morning, even thought they were not intentionally being loud, my husband was awoken by the noise (and as I said, he is a very deep sleeper).
