3. Not-so-good things--crummy TV stations, not much open after 5 and on weekends, tiny pool (and what's up with the soap suds in the whirlpool?), construction immediately next door, functioning train track immediately next door (at least 2 per night, but low speed), no room service.

5. When I talked to her about my concerns (about the door and cell phone charger) I was told that the reason my voicemail had never been answered was because their room services manager had been gone for two weeks.
