Positives:+ Close walk to Metro+ Reasonably helpful staff+ Good breakfast offered each morning+ Clean hotel rooms+ Nice to have a kitchen for longer stay+ Free wifi+ Able to print for free in the business center - (we purchased baseball tickets online & printed them)+ Working gym equipment with individual tvs on cardio machines+ Attached parking garage+ Tip from the front desk staff on how to save money on parking (details on street parking)+ Safety feature requires room key to use the elevator+ M through W dinner reception+ Complimentary mints and popcorn in the room+ Room toiletries include makeup remover wipe and a shoe cleaner wipe+ Comfy bed with lots of pillows+ Lots of breakfast staff, some were friendly+ Nice and cool in the fitness roomNegatives:- Maid came in our room (without knocking) before 9am and offered no apologies- Very tight squeeze in the parking garage- Could hear the metro from the 11th floor (but we got used to it)- Lots of foam in the hot tub (read online that this can be caused by lotions, hairspray, etc.)- Some cardio machines were tucked into a nook with no view- Daughter was disappointed that there was no Disney channel- Check the merchandise in the gift shop before buying, 1 shirt had a coffee stain and 1 had a hole - Freezing cold swimming pool- Not close to many restaurants- Low water pressure in the shower.

Here's why: very nice complimentary breakfast (lots of choices, freshly made food, and the ever-popular waffle maker), as well as complimentary dinner on certain nights (check with the hotel for which nights); indoor pool (quite small, but big enough for 3 boys to blow off steam in after a day in the city); suites (small kitchenette with a microwave, stove, and full sized refrigerator); in-room movies for unwinding at night (some less than $5); .
