2. The parking garage elevators go right up to the sleeping floors (with your key scanned, so check-in first!) so that made it easy to get the luggage in the room.

4. Front desk staff were always professional, courteous, and allowed us to check in very early (9:45am) after we arrived from a redeye flight and they weren't fully booked.
