The hotel itself is very clean, has a small gym (several treadmills, four ellipticals, two cycling machines, and lots of weights), laundry facilities, free dinner Mon-Tues-Wed, and free morning breakfast and range of drinks, including make your own waffles, and different hot entrees over the four days we were there.
