Here is what disappointed me about the Austin Hilton: Small room, dowdy furniture (more like a Holiday Inn along the highway), small bathroom, extra fee for internet service in the room, very small space in hotel lobby to access free wireless internet service, fee for using exercise room (although, I admit, I didn't have to pay because I am a member of Hilton Honors with silver status).
