1. Our room was dirty, and had a curse written on the bathroom mirror.

4. I don't think I'd ever stay here again, between the rude valet service and the dirty bathroom it just feels like a rip off.

The shower didn't work and we could not take it out from its holder ,everythime we used the shower as there was a leak in the bath the bathroom floor became a swimming pool,we had 3 phones in the room none of them worked,the curtains were broken and very dirty,the iron was disgusting and wasn't possible to iron even a sock with that while the iron board was so dirty i refused to use it and iron on the little table instead,the lifts didn't work and when they did we had to wait ages for one of them.

6. I went into the office that morning to find that all 12 of my colleagues had experienced similar problems - dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms, stopped-up toilets and clogged showers.

7. On this visit i and my boyfriend started looking at reviews and i was so scared reading the bad reviews on here, about staff rudeness, dirty bathrooms, smells, robbing, and not getting your moneys worth.

Additionally, the rug was dirty, the TV did not work, the curtain was wrinkled, the light was out by the closet, there were no additional blankets, the shower curtain rod was sagging, the shower curtain was cut, the shower head was loose and sprayed the bathroom, and the hair drier would cut out after only a few minutes.

9. Dirty room (literally trash on the floor), mold growing on bathroom light and a completely soaking wet carpet caused me to request a room change at 1:30am.

10. The bathroom was roomy but you could see water stains at the top of the shower and the vent in there was dirty.

11. The room itself was small (but average size for Manhattan hotels), and in fairly run-down condition (peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, an aircondition/heat unit with a VERY dirty filter, a saggy mattress).

16. On first entering our room we was both taken aback of how dirty the room actually was, mold on the bathroom ceiling and what looked like pubic airs in the bath, before unpacking there was only one thing in mind and that was to get out of this room ASAP.
