3. There were crumbs and little pieces of chocolate on top of the 'clean' comforter when I got ready for bed, and the pillows felt more like old afghans stuffed into pillowcases.

Me and my husband had went to the Panthers and Steelers game and afterwards went back to the room and i have to say i had no problems with the place we stayed the staff was excellent and Bret the guy that took us to the game was a really nice guy and afterwards he was across from us and seen us and he waited and made sure we got back over to the Crowne Plaza the room was great and i slept like a baby i loved all the pillows it was just great no complaints at all and i would definetly stay there again.

9. The room came with little net bags with sleep inducing things in them: a satin eye cover, ear plugs, lavender spray to make the pillows smell nice and a CD to play in the radio/CD player by the bed, to help put you to sleep.
