1. You do have to pay for parking $15/night, which is kind of BS (I think it should be included with the room rate as a flat fee), but good luck finding a hotel in the area that doesn't charge nightly for parking.

4. As I was waiting in line to pay my parking fee, I overheard them telling a potential guest that overnight parking was $15 in addition to your room fee, of course he walked away not happy and refused to rent a room.
