1. Rooms were clean, but out curtains would not close all the way and there was a street light from the parking deck shining straight into our window all night.

2. I informed her that I did not have any cash on me, she rudely pointed to the back of the parking deck stating there is an ATM and walked off, leaving me to get out of the crowded line myself.
