1. I thought I did the right thing by approaching staff but the bottom line is that I should have taken my business down the street to a hotel that would welcome my business.

4. all in all a very nice hotel from the outside it does not look it but once you enter its all fancy from the lobby to the dining rooms to the room its self and very polite service from check-in, to room service, to dining service to check out.

9. You do have to pay for parking $15/night, which is kind of BS (I think it should be included with the room rate as a flat fee), but good luck finding a hotel in the area that doesn't charge nightly for parking.
