2. First that me and my friends noticed was the service at the front desk, the manager was nice but the other girl working, sorry but can't remember the name, as we were from europe and had a chance to travel we needed more help with directions and advice with places to visit but couldn't get too much help with that, found hair on the bed when check-ed in but the housekeeper was nice and helpful, the girl (waitress) in the restaurant wasn't very friendly too, not very attentive with the guests.

3. great place to stay ,great people make your stay much homie,i love the staff and the driver from pittsburg,very funnie and friendly,a most to stay the manager great very humble ,the rooms very clean and neat, excellent i love nice people and that what you get here,.

4. A manager approached me and asked if I needed assistance and stated my issue and he directed me to the front desk where I could pay my $7 for parking.

5. Even the General Manager (Bill) was making rounds to greet guests and making sure we were having a positive stay.

6. The staff could not have done enough to try and rectify the situation, which included sending 2 different technicians to my room, apologizing profusely for the problem, offering to change my room on numerous occassions, rebooting the hotel's wireless network entirely, accomodating me with free beverage coupons, and untimately asking for me to meet with the hotel Manager to receive a personal apology.
