First that me and my friends noticed was the service at the front desk, the manager was nice but the other girl working, sorry but can't remember the name, as we were from europe and had a chance to travel we needed more help with directions and advice with places to visit but couldn't get too much help with that, found hair on the bed when check-ed in but the housekeeper was nice and helpful, the girl (waitress) in the restaurant wasn't very friendly too, not very attentive with the guests.
