The staff could not have done enough to try and rectify the situation, which included sending 2 different technicians to my room, apologizing profusely for the problem, offering to change my room on numerous occassions, rebooting the hotel's wireless network entirely, accomodating me with free beverage coupons, and untimately asking for me to meet with the hotel Manager to receive a personal apology.

8. When i told the front desk about this they said that the way their wireless was set up is when any router in the entire hotel has a problem the entire system reboots itself which means if you get 5 minutes of uninterrupted internet time you should consider yourself lucky.
