Even though we only had to interact with the front desk staff at check-in and check-out, they felt like family and were helpful, knowledgeable about the area, etc. We got the breakfast package which was well worth it too, as the restaurant buffet downstairs was plenty big for the adults and kids had ample choices.

10. If you have to pay for breakfast, its $12, and not fantastic, and the room itself was $154, there did happen to be a Panthers Pre-Season game, but our hotel was no where near sold out based on the parking lot space.
