1. --Price seemed reasonable for location, we booked an oceanview room thru hotel website, and were pleased to be on the top floor, lower floors would not afford as good a view I think--Good sized balcony--Very comfortable beds (but note that the 2-bed rooms have 2 full, not queen, beds.

5. I spent a long time picking out this hotel for my first trip to Hawaii-I loved the advertised views of Diamond Head and the fact that it was in a less busy part of Waikiki and reasonably priced.

8. It is well worth paying extra for the deluxe rooms on the higher floor, as they have lovely views (though you should be warned that the hotel is not directly oceanfront, so ocean views are at a slight distance.
