1. Cette and Bill were especially helpful with tourist tips, getting our car, avoiding traffic snarls, etc. Always a friendly face and kind.

2. Service was amazing from information about the Bus, welcoming us back (shout out to Bill), help with luggage including storage while we awaited our plane, bed turndowns, the coffee and wine hours, etc. To sum it up .
