1. I thought the wine tasting, beach chairs and mats, and old-fashioned bikes were all great perks at no extra charge, and the overall price was quite reasonable for the area.

5. They nickel and dime you on the internet (they charge you twice to have two computers in the same room on the internet at once), and they have mandatory valet service if you park there.

6. - There was a stained canvas closet organizer in lieu of dresser drawers- There is an extra charge for internet access (no business center or anywhere to print boarding passes, etc.)- Although Diamond Head view - you have to look passed an unattractive concrete parking structure- There was only one elevator working the entire time during my visit.

10. The street parking was always available - metered from 10 AM to 6 PM so most of the time, we didn't have to pay anything (otherwise, 50 cents/hr - a real bargain, since most Waikik hotels charge $15/25 per day plus valet tips).
