1. Major bonus points for: no resort fees, complimentary beach chairs/beach towels/beach mats/beach bicycles/yoga mats and lessons 4 days a week at 7:30am in Kapiolani park/wine from 4pm - 6pm nightly/coffee in the lobby every morning.

I'm not one to call and ask for things from the front desk but I thought I might as well ask if we can switch rooms to one with a king bed, the man at the front desk was so kind and told me that there were no rooms of the same type with a king, but that they did have a upgraded room (a corner room) for a $15 fee per day, we are on vacation so we said yes.

7. The hotel had a business center with computer/printer available for customer use, but this came with a $6 per 15 min use fee and a $0.50 per page printing fee.
