1. The beds are ridiculously comfortable; the balconies are very nice; the amenities are extremely adequate (if not better than adequate); the hotel staff is absolutely top-notch; and the location is perfect.

2. --Price seemed reasonable for location, we booked an oceanview room thru hotel website, and were pleased to be on the top floor, lower floors would not afford as good a view I think--Good sized balcony--Very comfortable beds (but note that the 2-bed rooms have 2 full, not queen, beds.
