5. She's lucky because I wasn't going to complain about the LOUD air conditioning (at least we had some), nor complain about the toilet leaking all over the floor (we used their towels to soak it up), nor the cockroaches who frequented our room on a regular basis.

8. room service never came we had to go to the front deask every night for clean towels or tp, poorly lit parking area felt very unsafe at night, freezing cold pool, The price is not worth it.

10. This is only a 2 star property but we had our bed linen changed regularly and the room was clean, the cleaning staff came every day and we had clean towels each day.
