1. Safe for families the hotel offers nice swimming pools, large parking lot, spacious rooms and a quiet enviromemnt.

2. When we walk out of the hotel room, entrance door tied with garbage back to keep open, ring down to parking lot: probably 20 broken air conditioners right in plain site and pool water was green.

4. Our room number was hand-written on the wall, there was food on the floor, mold in the shower, ants on the toilet, debris in the hallway, a disgusting closet full of trash, and disruptive people in the parking lot.

5. We booked this hotel through an agency as we were looking for somewhere that would allow us to gain easy access to buses etc.We got to the hotel around 1am and just as the car service was parking outside the hotel we discovered 3 police cars parked just outside the hotel.

6. The hotel make you sign stuff that's 'mandatory ' to charge you extra for parking, Internet, shuttle, even fridge in the room, and everything they can name.

8. The 2 doors from the parking lot closest to our room were both propped open , even at 1 a.m. We stayed in 24 different motels on our 5 week trip .

9. Including smoke detectors not working, outside doors wide open,fire extinguisher glass broken and not cleaned up, old couches laying in doorway, construction material laying outside and parking lot lights did not work in the back where we were put.
