5. I had stayed here roughly 12 years ago when it was the Gateway Inn, and really enjoyed it, which was my main reason for booking it again, however it seems like nothing has changed since the last time I stayed here, looks like it is still the same decor, and furnishings only 12 years on.

8. Plug sockets were hanging out of the walls, patio door didnt open, very bad decor paint peeling etc. We asked to move rooms and the second room was better.
