6. Well at this point our skin was crawling and we took our suitcase and went back to the lobby and started to call a round to find a new hotel about 20 min after first arriving I had made a reservation at a much better hotel and wanted to cancel the rest of my stay at Imperial Swan and check out.

7. my husband and i got there check in and went to the room and we didnt even stayed for five minutes in the hotel room after seeing all the bugs that was there and the way the covers and sheets smell we walk right out and check out, the day after we call them because there was a charge on our credit card even though we didnt stayed there and when we call the had change there name.

9. mold and meldew smell in rooms/the furniture is old and falling apart/the bathroom looks worst than some gas station bathrooms/the outside of the building rusted and mold build up in the back area/my clothes were taken/ we did not feel safe at all/ here the best of all this place is INFESTED WITH RATS!omg i was terrified when i heard the maintance manger talking about the rodent problem in the hotel/as i went to the front desk to check out this man was saying that as he walked back in his room there was a rat in the bed looking at him/ i asked for the manager(LORI) when she finally came out her only explanation was its a problem in florida right now.
